Terms and conditions
Our Commitments 1. We make a commitment to give you all the information concerning the animal you intend to buy. Those information will include conditions of maintenance of this animal, his physiological needs, his specificities, favourable to him or not, his legal status and his level of protection. 2. Animals delivered are guaranteed to eat by themselves and to be healthy. 3. All our animals are sold with the legal paper work required in our country and in Europe. 4. An identification code is assigned to each of our animals (ID). This code, real identity card of your animal, will allow you to find at many time, thanks to our online database, all the data concerning your snake before his departure. It will also allow you to find out the breeders he is from, giving you a full traceability. 5. Heterozygous animals are guaranteed to be. The certificate delivered after your order will include not only its ID number but also a precise photo of the animal sold. 6. In 99.999% of the cases, we guaranty to deliver you animals properly sexed.
Réservations 7. Reservations are confirmed once we have received the Full Payment or Time Payments of your order. This payment could be a bank transfer or cash. 8. Once fully paid, you can pick up your animals either a tour breeding center or at exhibitions we attempt. We are also able to ship you your animals by Certified Reptile Shipper (SERNAM). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs & fees. 9. Once aware of the availability of your animals, we will fix together a maximum turnaround time to get your animals. After this period if no good reasons, animals will become again our property. No refunds of the money already paid will be done. 10. When your animals are going to be shipped, we set up optimal travelling conditions. However, do not hesitate to contact us very soon (within a maximum of 6 hours following reception of your animal) in case of problem when receiving your shipment. 11. If any change regarding the choice of a reserved animal would happen, only the animals still available could replace it. No refunds of the money already paid will be done. 12. No refunds of the money will also be done in case of renunciation of your purchase. The money already paid will then be definitely lost. 13. If an animal you reserved became unavailable for reasons obviously independent of our will, we make a commitment to refund you by the means you will consider suitable to you and as soon as possible the totality of the money paid. 14. If, in the case mentioned above (13), rather than getting back your money, you?d prefer to choose another available animal, of a same price as the one we were notable to deliver you, a 20 % discount will be offered to you to balance the inconveniences caused by this change. 15. All animals offered for sale will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
